  • What is the Hong Kong Pass and when does it activate?

The Hong Kong Pass is a sightseeing card with free entry into 13 top Hong Kong attractions as well as numerous discounts at restaurants and retailers.

Click here for a full list of included attractions.

The pass will activate once you visit your first attraction.

Your Hong Kong Pass will operate on 24-hour periods so if you activate a 2 day pass at 11pm on a Monday, it will remain valid until 11pm on Wednesday.

Choose from 2, 3 or 4 day passes. There is no limit to how many attractions you can visit with the pass, regardless of duration. Each order receives a free digital Hong Kong guidebook.

  • How many attractions can I visit in one day?

There is no limit on how many attractions you visit in one day. All Hong Kong Passes are subject to a purse-value, once the total purse value has been exceeded, the pass will expire.

You cannot re-visit the same attractions with your pass once it has been scanned.

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

No, you can only visit each attraction once with the Hong Kong Pass.

  • Does the pass have to be used on consecutive days?

Yes - the pass has to be used on consecutive 24-hour periods, for its duration.

For example: if you activate a 2-day pass at 11pm on Monday, it will be valid until 11pm on Wednesday

  • What is Fast Track Entry?

Fast Track Entry is an expedited line for Hong Kong Pass holders to enter the Peak Tram and Peak Sky Terrace observation deck. You can join this shorter Fast Track line with the Hong Kong Pass.
Fast Track Entry allows you to get to the Peak quicker, saving you time during your visit.

Please note: security checks may still apply and could result in lines during peak times

  • Do I have to make reservations for Attractions?

The majority of attractions do not require reservations. Please check availability with attractions directly, if advance reservations are recommended, you can pre-book with your pass number or order reference number. This will not activate your pass.

  • Can I share my Hong Kong Pass with a friend?

If you use your card at an attraction and attempt to pass that same card to your friend to use, the Hong Kong Pass reader will reject your second attempt and admission will not be granted. This is because the Hong Kong Pass can only be swiped at each attraction one time.

However, you can purchase the pass in your name and give it to a friend for them to use in Hong Kong as a gift.

  • How do you define a child for the Child Pass?

Child passes are reserved for children between the ages of 3 and 11 years old. Children who are 2 years old and younger will not need to have a Hong Kong Pass purchased for them. Anyone 11 and older will need to purchase an adult pass.

  • How do I use my promotional code?

Once you have arrived at the "Buy Now" page for the Hong Kong Pass, you can scroll to toward the bottom of the page and enter your promotional code. If the code that you have entered is valid, you will see the discount reflected on the price of your order.

Please note: your promo code discount cannot be used with an existing online sale.
